THE DILLON TEAM

We’re Jillian & Darin, married 18 years, creating millions in revenue since 2016. Early on we crushed our crippling debt in 12 months (6 jobs between us), 3x’d income in 2 years, 7x’d in 7, bought out two businesses, became investors, sold a company, moved to Nashville for music production, and are currently of launching our private lending firm. We built cultures people wanted to join, hosted workshops with hundreds of attendees, and were recruited as guest coaches by a top-tier personal development company.

We’ve also eaten glass: severe weight gain, zero confidence, lost $500k in employee theft, surprise tax bills, three near‑bankruptcies, isolation, strained marriage, bad advisors, panic attacks, and a house we couldn’t afford with roommates that stressed us out. We invested over $250k in personal development over 2 decades, released 80 lbs each, and mastered the pivot.

Now we help owners multiply income, buy back time, and actually enjoy their lives, marriages, and finances, without burning it down.

MEET THE FOUNDER & CEO

Hi, I'm Jillian.

I make money simple and fun! Since launching my consulting practice in 2017, I’ve helped several clients cross the millionaire line, worked with 10+ startups, and scaled teams fast (as a teenage integrator, I grew a children’s department from 5 to 35 staff and 100 to 500 kids per week in 18 months). As an avid learner, I read over 660 books in the last five years and turn hobbies into profit, like clearing over $8,000 reselling my closet.

I’m not a highlight reel. I battled six years of depression and self-hatred and rebuilt my confidence and self-worth one choice at a time. Honesty, vulnerability, and trust are now my most valuable qualities and friends. Like Morpheus from The Matrix, I help clients unlock belief systems, offer a path, and demand action. My edge is communication: cutting the fluff, inspiring clarity, and installing simple systems that make creating money feel light and repeatable.

Hey, I'm Darin.

I’m a relationships-and-revenue visionary. Think Coach Ted Lasso meets Dale Carnegie: a relentlessly positive, no‑fluff coach who helps you win bigger while making people love playing on your team, enrolling that team in your long-term vision and minimizing sacrifice or burnout. I led the highest‑performing BNI chapter in our region for seven years (President + Leadership), became that community’s top earner, and maintained an 80% sales close rate. I built a luxury contracting brand into a household name, 4.9★ for 10+ years and “Best Contractor” five years running, I then set it up to run without me and created a Win-Win 7-figure exit. I’ve worn a lot of hats along the way, and now focus on taking musical artists to their fullest potential, and influencing the anthems of the next generation.

I’ve lived the hard seasons too. Stress, weight gain, and near‑bankruptcies, and I still choose people first. In the midst of our business growth, I was able to spend the last 90 days of my dad’s life by his side. My superpower is networking and negotiations that build bridges: clear offers, clean follow‑through, and deals that stick.
